Cold arms after Running? |
Ok. Today we had running for 15min after the field. After when it finally ended, I felt naesous. Then I went to sit down and then I started shaking and my whole arm was cold like icy cold and I began to feel dizzy. My gym techer told me it was hypotension. But what was it? The blood that normally flows through your body moved to your legs, heart and lungs in order to keep running. Pretty normal and should improve with conditioning. If it doesn't, then see a doctor. |
