Could all my symptoms be related to endometriosis?

I have been sick since last December. Here are a list of my symptoms: orthostatic hypotension, low grade fever, neck pain, low back pain before & during ovulation, brain fog, severe fatigue, blurred vision, weight loss, irritability & low immune system. My OB/GYN did an ultrasound a couple of years ago & suspects I have endometriosis. On ovulation day, I have severe pelvic pain & low back pain. I've always had really bad menstrual cycles. Every doctor I have gone to for the symptoms listed above tells me I'm suffering from depression and I know that's not the problem. I did find a "natural" doctor over the summer that determined I'm deficient in most of my vitamins and minerals & my natural killer cells are low and put me on several supplements. Those seemed to work for a few months, but now all my symptoms are back & I'm now down to 98 pounds (I'm 33). He told me I have hypoglycemia, so I've been on a low sugar/low carb diet also. Could all this be from endometriosis?

Some of your symptoms (low back pain, pelvic pain, menstrual pain) could be from endometriosis, but it does not explain all of them.

Hypoglycemia could explain some of the brain fog, fatigue, weight loss, depression and irritability.

And neither explains the low grade fever, hypotension, and suppressed immune system. So something else may be going on. I think you need to get a second doctor's opinion.

Ok have you had a laproscopy this is the only diffinitive way to find out if you have endometriosis. The Doctor will decide what to do from there.. some cut out the endometriosis while you are asleep and send it to the pathologists to be confirmed. Then some doctors place you on a form of contraception pill for period of time that they feel is right for you. Usually when you are on these pills you dont have "breaks" eg the sugar pills that you have your period on. By not having breaks you dont get the pain from the cycle of endometriosis. It is possible that you have depression but I feel this is from feeling so bloody sick not the depression giving you all these problems.Go to the Gynaecologist get them to talk to you. There are specialists in this field go find them. Dont wait, do something today. If this isnt endometriosis you need to have more tests done to find out why you are so sick.. good luck let me know, my daughter and i have both had endo...

Probably not. An ultrasound can't detect endo, only a surgery can. He was probably just ruling out other things.
Take birth control, it'll help.
An anti-depressant like Cymbalta will also help with most of your other symptoms. Just because you don't think you're depressed, doesn't mean the meds won't work.
I have endo, PCOS and ovarian cysts and the anti-depressants help very much.
Oh yeah, I'm hypoglycemic also. I eat a balanced diet though, I also test my sugar frequently and avoid sweets & sodas. Other than that, it's a pretty normal diet. You might want to try increasing your carbs. Balance it with other things and you'll be alright. You could also consider eating 5 or 6 meals a day - not snacks, but balanced meals. That'll help maintain your sugar levels.

A scan can only show up Endo if it is in the uterus/ovaries, and then only if it is an internal scan, so you would need to have a laparoscopy to be sure you don't have it elsewhere.
I have Endo and it can cause many, many problems, some worse than others. They can include everything you have mentioned & more, although i have never heard hypoglycemia mentioned in anything i have read. You can also be more susceptible to other things because it can affect the immune system.
A lot of Drs are still a little unknowledgable about the disease themselves & often put it down to IBS, hypercondria, depression etc.
Sometimes you feel like a hypercondriac because it can seem like one thing after another, so it's not suprising that depression can go hand in hand with it. But if your Dr thinks you are depressed he needs to find out what is causing you to feel low. If he suggested 2 yrs ago that you had endo, have the laparoscopy & go from there. I'm afraid it can be a long, drawn out process of elimination if you decide not to.
