well i was really rushing on this test because the bell was about to ring...my teacher also keeps her classroom super hot...(i also wear a scoliosis brace so it makes me twice as hot) but i mean i dont think it was that hot today..anways i was walkin to turn in my paper then i was REally fealing lightheaded and i felt as if i was going to pass out any minute... i went back to my seat and drank my gatorade (it took me a while to figure out what to do ) but then i felt better..(i wasnt dehydrated because i had lunch right before that class)
anyways i passed out before..and i usually come close to fainting sometimes but today was the real thing i really felt like i was going to faint..
i have orthostatic hypotension but i didnt get up fast.
what could it be?? im going to the cardiologist also anything i should ask for him to check for? or anything i should mention?
im 14 also...
thanks so much You may be terribly dehydrated.... I would like to suggest drinking several glasses of water each day... I would also switch fro table salt to sea salt... Ask your mum to pick up some... |
