Ive been getting muscle cramps and spasms alot......(thyroid??)?

Ive been researching and i have a few symptoms of hypoparathyroidism, could this be a possibility. Also ive found that the front of my neck (wher the thyroid is located) pops form side to side?

Possible if you have researched it. Does your neck do that? Not enough sodium can also cause muscle cramps,
but no too much or yo will start swelling, go to Dr. and get a thyroid test, I think they just draw blood.;;;;
