Not hungry? people with hypoglycemia?

I have Hypoglycemia. I was diagnosed around a month ago. I'm never hungry when I have to eat. It is hard to force the food especially at night. Is there anything to do about my appetite?

I have already had two episodes the first they thought was a seizure but on the second one they tested my blood sugar and it was 41 and they figured out what it was. I am eating small meals every 2-3 hours. I've never had a big appetite. At night I usually have a small No sugar really High protein kind of meal. I just don't have a good apetite

I find that a good exercise routine tends to increase my appetite. I'm a runner and whenever I start training I become ravenous.

You just to train yourself to eat smaller meals more often to prevent lowering your blood sugar level. Believe me, a hypoglycemic attack is really scary! At night, try eating some fruit or a bowl of cereal and stay clear of desserts.

I would think so. If I am super hungry, I get very irritable, which I am sure is because of a current state of low blood sugar. I am nearly positive the two should be related.
