Can hypoglycemia come from having gastric bypass surgery? |
I recently was diagnosed with hypoglycemia after feeling weak, and having rapid heart beats along with diziness after a 3 hour blood work lab test it was determined I had this problem. I have had the gastric bypass and the only times I go low is when I don't eat enough. you have to eat about 5 small meals per day, and drink and drink till you cant drink another drop.Are you on insulin, or tabs, if you are on insulin, talk to you doctor about cutting it in half of putting you on oral tabs. yes because your intake is so low |
