I THINK i have hyperthyroidism and i KNOW i have depression?

i am 100precent sure im depressed. i have many symptoms of hyperthyroidism but im not sure if that is what is causing my depression. iv been told hyperthyroidism would make me "sleepy or indiffrent to life" but im not only that, i have other symptoms of depression also that arent listed as symptoms of hyperthyroidism. although, one of the listed symptoms of hyperthyroidism is "depression" im not exactly sure what it means in that context.

Hyperthyroidism your usually jumpy and full of energy and skinny. Hypothyroidism your fatigued , depressed, and overweight.

The only way to get the correct diagnosis is to see a dr. You can see your family dr and tell him everything--how long you have felt this way, what makes it better/warse, ect. Most drs.do blood tests for thyroid problems before they diagnose depression. either way both are fairly easy to treat.

So what's your question?
Go to a doctor.

Hyperthyroidism can cause fatigue and weight gain. Get a bloodwork done to determine this.

Listen, here let tell you something you are not depressed. You know how I know this because if you were. You wouldn't typing on the computer you would be in bed unable to do anyting. And nothing would matter to you.

I think you're making it all up. You are depressed and are using the excuse that you have disorder in your body. As a matter of fact you are not depressed. Stop thinking about depression and have fun! Actually stop thinking altogether. Intend to live a joyful life and do it. Go for a walk in a park or jog for 30 minutes. Take a hot bath. Talk to a friend.
