Does anyone have hyperthyroidism? |
I have lost four pounds in the last five days; I'm ALWAYS hungry; I've noticed some hair thinning; I have really oily skin no matter what I do; I'm always very tired. Could I have hyperthyroidism? I was on birth control pills a few months ago but I stopped taking them because I thought they were affecting my appetite. Now I'm not sure if that's why my hair is thinning or if it's an overactive thyroid. What were your symptoms? I don't have it but that sure sounds like the symptoms. I have hypothyroid and before I took my medicine I was cold, dry, had no appetite but gained weight, was always tired, and muscles hurt. You should definately go to the doctor. This could be very serious. If your heart is beating very rapidly you can get into a very dangerous situation. idk i cant help u maybe its because i cant pronounce that word sounds like my aunt. do you get hot? it could be I have it, and I get really tired right after I wake in the morning if I don't take my pill. My hair doesn't fall out though.
