Is their any link between hyperthyroidism and missing periods.?

the question comes if someone taking thyroxine to treat hypothyroidism and then level of thyroxine shoots up for the patient.
will it cause hyperthyroidism for the same patient because of overdosage of the medicine?
is there any link between high level of thyroxine and missing periods?

thyroxine levels should be monitored q 2-3 months (blood test) 2.level increased can cause symptons of hyperthyroidism and also affect mentral cycle.
