Malignant Hypertension like myself?

My doctors have watched my high BP go up and up for the past 8 years and finally I have been sent to a cardiologist for testing. I got the diagnosis of Malignant Hypertension and they started me on yet another heart medicine (that makes two heart meds and two BP meds daily and I'm 57 yrs old.). My BP is still staying around 165/102 most of the time. My 90 yr old neighbor is doing better. It doesn't take much for my BP to spike to well over 200 on the top number. The highest that I recorded was when I went into the hospital feeling horrible and they said it was 225/120. I constantly feel horrible. They have now said that my heart muscle is hardening and not flexible like it needs to be. The more I don't feel good, the more sedentary I become and the more weight I gain. That just starts the cycle again as you can imagine.

I don't know what state you are in but you sound like a strong canidate for CAN (Cardiovascular Autonomic Neurapthy).
I work for a company called Ansar and we have a device called the ANX 3.0 and what this does patients in your case we will test your ANS( Autonomic Nervous System)

A patient with your condition will show signs of dysfunction. Our machine helps the dr maintain your balance to avoid CAN and if not and you get CAN you will not serve it.

We currently have units in dr's offices all over the unit states and 52 in Puerto Rico.

Some dr's say oh I have a machine that does that but ours tell you the results in 15 min. and it is non invasive( no Needles ) its just a blood pressure cuff and 3 lead EKG and a few breathing exercises on your end. And you will see your health correcting it self as little as 3-6 months. We recommend you get the test every 6 months.

This unit is FDA approved and it is hippa compliant and medicare and all major insurances pay for it to be done.

you need better blood pressure control...your cardiologists need to get your BP much lower...have they checked your kidney function? I would suggest pressuring your MDs to get your BP lower, quickly, or go to a kidney specialist, a nephrologist...they specialize in BP control as it relates to and effects the kidneys...and yes, many times one pill will not be enough, as it often takes a combination of medications to be effective...do not wait and let your BP remain this high...

After 8 years, I am sure you have had all the tests in the world in relation to high blood pressures.
It could be hereditory.
Having said that, are you guilty of gluttony? Do you practice dieting and healthy eating?
Do you do basic exercises like daily walking and if safe, daily jugging? About half an hour daily since you are not preparing for the olympics.
Do you indulge in excessive alchohol intake frequently? Are you obese or grossly obese? If you are over weight, perhaps you want indulge in frequent gardening, washing your own car and/or even doing the hoovering in your house, to burn some calories. You can offer to do your neighbour's garden; that helps.
Depending on your height there is a corresponding range of weight considered ideal and safe for you. Check on that and if not then you have to control your weight within the accepted and safe range.
These are the questions that have to be honestly answered. Do you have high blood pressure running in your family? Perhaps you are not aware of this fact in both the maternal and paternal sides of the family.
The fact that they have not mentioned anything about the kidneys after 8 years, seems as if the kidneys have been functioning well so far. Oh, what is your cholesterol level like? Is it within ideal range? You can check your cholesterol level using a pack you can buy on the high street for 拢3 or 拢4.
Finally, if you are not guilty of these things then perhaps, possibly you have a hereditory condition and therefore your blood pressure has to be controlled by drugs. Your doctor has to decide on which drug(s) will be suitable.
He may have to deduce this by trial and error until he spots the right drug(s) to suit you.
However, do not worry, for these days high blood pressure is very common, considering the high stress related life that we lead today, especially in city and urban centres.
The good news is, doctors can easily control high blood pressures by variety of drugs available at thier disposal today. It must not be allowed to continue too high for too long, as it could lead to other serious conditions if not treated early in time.
Good luck.

Start walking, take fish oil & coq10, and try meditation. Do the research and you'll see for yourself what the two supplements I mentioned above can do for you. There is no better supplement for your heart than fish oil! Try to get off all the synthetic drugs (with your doctors help), and remedy the situation yourself. You can do more for you health than any doctor can ever hope to do!!!

All diseases like yours don't develop overnight. They are several factors, not only one, why people develop chronic or lifetime disease. The way it starts was from the cells of our body (which comprises tissues and organs). If our cells are deprived of nutrients they need, and/or toxins accumulate overtime in the cells, they cause imbalance. Eventually, tissues and organs will be affected that problem arises called disease. Now, let's be very logical... Normally, If cells in our body are not deprived of nutrients, and toxins accumulated are expelled through the process called detoxification, do you think the tissues (that are made-up of cells) will be healthy as well? Of course, YES! So if tissues are healthy, do you think the organs (made-up of tissues) will be healthy as well? Of course, YES! So if all your organs are healthy then there's no disease! Then your Natural Immune System is strong. So what you need aside from the medical treatment (as there's already a health problem) you have now is to make the cells of your body healthy to get rid of your disease.
