Symtoms oh hypertension? |
Hi- I get higher blood pressure when I am even mildly over weight - If someone has this problem too- what symptoms do you have. Even though they say hypertension is a silent killer- I feel bad when my blood pressure is up. SYMPTOMS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Smiles Report It me too. I get this feeling as if the blood in my veins is rushing around ...usually in my left arm. I get light head and woozy. I sometimes cant think clearly when my pressure is up. Yes weight can effect your BP. Probably the reason you feel "bad" when your BP increases is because it causes the heart to work harder and the blood simply does not flow as well. Besides medication and weight loss exercise is an excellent way to lower the blood pressure. It strengthens the heart and releases chemicals which are good for the arteries and also for your mental health. Its difficult to know if u have blood pressure. Its really a silent killer. However normally people who are hyperactive, sweat a lot, become agitated fast usually have high blood pressure. Once u have high BP there is no cure. U take medicines to keep it in check and change yr life style and diet. |
