I have hypertension, but I am somewhat athletic 5' 6" and 130 lbs?


I don't have whitecoat hypertension, I don't drink coffee soda or anything. I don't take sudafed. I'm so confused, my blood tests are normal.

Wow. Good answers, folks. I didn't think of that. I don't think that my parents have it but I'll ask.

BTW- If anyone says go to the doctor, I was there two hours ago.

^^ Yes, you inherited it. Inherited hypertension is much trickier than the hypertension caused by lifestyle. Do make sure that your health insurance is paid and that you see your doctor regularly.
