Hot flashes - bad? |
Has anything worked for any of you that have hot flashes (mine are very obvious and embarrassing) -- I can't take hormones because I've had breast cancer and I'm not supposed to even take the over the counter stuff. Can't drink milk so soy milk won't do it and I got real sick of soy beans. Any ideas??? I got only one answer from this same question once. Hoping to get more.
