I am working in a Home care agency in IT dept, I would like to know the parameters to measure employee productivity using the existing data. can anyone guide me who has exposure to this domain. I am so glad you asked this question. I work in the marketing dept. One thing is I have to account every day where I have been who I have seen and who I spoke with.
