Balancing hormones?

Ever since I had my daughters I notice that my hormones aren't feeling as balanced as they used to be. I definately can "feel" a change in my emotions through-out the month for no reasons and I'm thinking its hormones.
Can anyone recommend a good site to help me balance my hormones with my diet, mind and body etc.

I don't take prescription drugs, I prefer alternative medicines but appreciate any information :) thanks!

Arbonne does have a cream that will help with that, one of my friends got me on it and I don't use it like I should, but when I did, I could tell a difference. It also helps increase your bone mass!!

I had hit rock bottom a couple of years ago with my health. I was in the hospital, and the doctor wanted to remove my entire colon, because I have pan-ulcerative colitis. I had had all the steroid treatments they could do in a 2 year period, and been in and out of the hospitals numerous times. As a result of the disease and meds, I had problems with my adrenal glands, which affected my thyroids... I also was told I had 2 other immune disorders and I was losing my sight. I was also losing my memory... it was bad and I had a young one at home.

I started seeing, through word of mouth, a doctor that is almost 2 hours from where I live. He practices the N.A.E.T. technique. I really went as a total skeptic, but I was so sick, I knew I had to find something. Long story short, I hate going to medical doctors. It changed my life. I read a book about it, and it made no sense to me. But when I saw that he was quickly able to get me back on track, I didn't care how it worked, I just knew it did. It changed my life in more ways than one. It sounds wacky, but everyone who has seen him, sends more people. I am not taking ANY meds for my colitis, the only thing I take is something for sleep and I know if I could get down there more often, I could probably take care of that.

Just look around for someone near your area. Go a couple of times, and you'll be amazed. Best wishes.
