Hormones, mood swings, and growth? |
I hear that hormones are what make you grow tall =D, I'm not sure if I'm still growing, but I definitely have mood swings that everybody say is caused by hormones. Does that mean I'm still growing (because my body is apparently still producing hormones)? You produce some hormones like oestragen all your life. Im only 18, but still have mood swings (often). And as you can keep growning until you reach about 20 or so, the answer to your question is probably yes Estrogen and Testosterone are hormones that do affect moods... however there are also other hormones as well... Moods are also affected by diet: i.e. vitamins and minerals etc. taken in and absorbed by the digestive and blood systems. |
