Could homosexuality be a genetic disorder?

Don't ever consider it as a disease.
Everyone can decide who to like, you know.
Don't be intolerant.
Understand their situation.

Here's what i got:

no, it is a personal choice

Maybe... It's not a bad thing, or a choice that people have. That's my opinion..

i think so.
lets face it, it is a genetic compulsion to have sex. no one reasons or decides their way into it. as a man without this condition, if find women irresistible and men (sexually) repugnant. i cant choose to make it otherwise.
there are all sorts of genetic sexual disorders, including some being born with both genitalia. it is not that hard to see how someone could be born with plumbing that does not match their compulsion. this seems more likely to me than supposing that gays can decide to overcome their natural compulsions and repulsions. i know that i couldnt.

Why is homosexuality not allowed.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraf verses 80-82:And We sent Lot as a Messenger. And he said to his people, 鈥淗ave you become so shameless that you commit such indecent acts as no one committed before you in the world? You gratify your lust with men instead of women. Indeed you are a people who are transgressors of all limits!鈥? But the only answer his people gave was, 鈥渢urn out these people from your habitations for they pose to be very pious.鈥?br>
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 11 Surah Hud verses 82-83:Accordingly, when the time of the execution of Our Judgement came (for the people of Lot), We turned the habitation upside down and rained on it stones of baked clay, each of which had been specifically marked by your Lord. And such a scourge is not far from the tyrannous people!

Homosexuality is absolutely forbidden in Islam. It is an abomination and a grave sin in the eyes of Allah, and in Islam the doers of this sin are punishable by death!

This deed is deemed un-natural and against humanity and society in Islam. This deed is an evil and immoral deviation of man, and is not found even in the lower forms of animate life! Allah destroyed the whole habitation of Prophet Lot, and turned the whole city upside-down, and rained on them a rain of brim-stones for their sin of homosexuality. It was not that every individual in Sodom and Gomorrah who were destroyed committed sodomy; but even those who accepted it, propagated it, looked upto it as a norm and fashion, and allowed it without raising a voice against this abomination, were all destroyed by Allah Subhanah.

And Allah warns in the Holy Quran: 鈥楢nd such a scourge is not far from the tyrannous people!鈥? Thus if in the world today, this act of sodomy is propagated and accepted as normal and as fashionable, and society as a whole does not take steps to abolish this abomination, the scourge that came upon the people of Sodom and Gomorrah is not far!

It is a choice, now it may have been an innocent choice made by a child that did not understand the consequences, and the child may even forget they made the choice from some influence and think they were born gay.

Now gender nonconformity is often mistaken for gayness, and many children with this are influenced from it and think they were born gay, thus influencing them to innocently become, or choose to be gay. Now gender nonconformity may be born in a child, or it can be learned as well.

Not all children that choose to become gay will have a gender nonconformity and not all the children that have a gender nonconformity will choose to be gay, no some are influenced by heterosexual influences and the child will choose to be heterosexual, and may even forget this even, thinking they were born a heterosexual.
