Hi everyone, can anyone help me in getting rid of Homosexuality? I have been suffering from it since 25 years! |
Homosexuality or sodomy is a the biggest suffering of my life and it has caused severe confilicts in my personality, though I am a Muslim but I cannot give this thing up, there is no way out of it. I can suspend my desires for some times but I cannot buried them deep, please help me i think your real problem is the conflict between your sexuality and your religion. i personally think there is nothing wrong with being gay. it would be the best for you to accept yourself the way you are, but that would mean you'd have to alter your religious beliefs to understand that your sexuality does not change your faith. try to be most of the time with girls.. make many girlfriends.. I'm not quite sure, but I know some people who can help. I had a similar problem and they were able to help me with it. Completely gotten rid of it! it`s the way u r ! being gay is a biopsychosocial problem.that is it has biological-psycological-social roots.you have been practising it for so long its now a part of you.the desire will not leave you like all other sin you have to practise selfcontrol you need to trust in god as he had ordain build close meaningful friendship with people of both sex so that when you feel the urge you have someone to talk to who can encourage you not to endulge.try getting a wife if you dont if she loves you and is godly she will help you.in this case overtime the desire will lessen.please try not to have sex with men,and keep the passion up.[would love to hear more from you]. Homosexuality is not a disease. Acceptance is the key. I feel sorry for you because of social pressures you must be induring. Can you find a good counselor who understands your religion? It seems to me that there should be some solution that works for you whatever that might be. |
