Homeopathy medicine for cure of my two problem.?

I am male age 23, I have two serious problem. first I have bad breathing problem due to cough congestion in my throat. The bad breath which is like a gas, The cough congestion is so huge in throat that most of the time cough comes out of my mouth while taking. the bad breath gas is like the gas that comes out of my penis during night falls which use to happen earlier about six months ago. I am taking homeopathy medicine for last one years. My second problem is that I look like {Tera } a kind of eye problem. I look like tera by my left eye. This eye problem {Tera} happen due to asthma problem which I have in my childhood . I am taking homeopathy medicine last two years. please tell me homeopathy medicine to cure this two problem for fast improvement.
