Homeopathy treatment for my problem?

I am 23 yrs old male.I have a problem of dry yellow cough with bad breathing comes out of my mouth everytime and everyday for last 2 years.But in recent 6 months I have regular night falls from penis when squirt comes out of my penis during night falls.This squirt which comes out of my penis during night falls is comes out of my mouth from very next morning as cough with bad breathing for first 4 hours of the day with dry yellow cough with bad breathing comes out of my mouth in remaining time of the day and night.I have try some home remedies like tulsi leaves with honey but nothing have improve. please help me to cure my problem with homeopathy medicine.

Yours is not a simple case. Better consult a homeopath docotr who will study your symptom and give medicine.

Probably, you donot drink sufficient amount of water. Drink at least 4 litres of water daily and consume atleast 500 gms of garlic cooked with other food in a month. Your problem should be contained by atleast 50 % in the first month and vanish in three months with the above regimen.
