Homeopathy and miscarriage prevention?

I have been reading about homeopathy - anyone know if it can help avoid miscarriage? I ahve had 3 so far - at 28 weeks, 24 weeks and 16 weeks so I was wondering if there may be hope with homoepathy

Homeopathy is a great health care method for many things. My family uses it lots, but I'd recommend that you find a very skilled practitioner and not try to treat your own fertility problems.
Good luck.

Don't do exercises when you are pregnant...

If you have had 3 miscarriages you are entitled to be referred to The Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic by your GP.

They will clinically assess the issues of why this has happened to you. You will go through having approx15 different blood test, scans and consultations with a consultant, about your previous miscarriages, medical history, family history etc... and they can take it from there.

I haven't heard of a homoeopath remedy, but if you don't know the cause of what your problem is, that's saying you do actually have a problem, you can't treat it, so that's why I suggest getting an appt with the doctor to refer you.

Best of luck

Yes homoeopathy is very good for many problems, i am sure it help avoid miscarriage, go to qualified homoeopath Dr and also try Reflexology after 12 weeks of pregnancy first 12 weeks is contraindication. I my self qualified Reflexologist.

you have got the correct answer in your mind.

Homeopathy and acupuncture are the only systems of medicine that can help remove this tendency for miscarriage or abortion.

Homeopathy will really help you 100%.

As you find know chemicals in genuine homeopathic medicines they are definitely safe. but BEWARE. DONT GO TO THE SO CALLED HOMEOPATHS.

Keep it in mind that in homeopathy only a single medicine should be prescribed at a time. a fake homeopath may prescribe more than medicine at a time. never accept any medicine if it is brown in color. brown liquids in homeopathy are called mother tinctures, prescribing mother tincures is not homeopathy.

once you take the difficulty of finding a genuine homeopath, your problem is almost solved.

blessed be

Sorry it really has no effect at all.

Ever since the dawn of time both the sick and the worried well have rushed to pour their money into the hands of quacks and quack remedy producers. There is nothing new under the sun, the fad is just for some new quackery or other.

3 miscarriages in a row statistically may represent an underlying problem Recurrent spontaneous abortion affects about 0.5% of women. The causes of recurrent abortion are foetal and maternal. Most foetal causes are genetic or chromosomal abnormalities. Most maternal causes are congenital or acquired uterine abnormalities. Controversy exists regarding the possible etiology of immunologic factors and lupus anticoagulant activity as causes of recurrent abortion. An important example is increased risk of abortion in women with thrombophilia (propensity for blood clots). The most common problem is the factor V Leiden and prothrombin G20210A mutation.Recent studies confirm that anticoagulant medication may improve the chances of carrying pregnancy to term. It explains about 15% of recurrent miscarriages.

If these possibilities especially thrombophilia have not been checked for have another word with your GP of gynaecologist.

i have had 2 misscarriages and i was heart broken i went to see the gyne had he gave me this answer ,when you miss there is nothing anyone can do cause its your body rejecting a baby that would have major problems when born.this is something that you could deal with but is it fair on the unborn child they would never have the life they deserve

Most definitely Homeopathy can help!
But you must see a registered Homeopath- someone who has done the 4 years training it takes.
Look in your phonebook for RSHom after their name.
Good luck

I've never had one so I can't relate to that. I'm very sorry for you loss. Both of my pregnancies were threatened though. The first was a wait and see thing. My second one I bled for 3 months! My OBGYN prescribed progesterone. Some how it can help but not 100% prevent a miscarriage. Good luck!
