Is Hodgkin's disease hereditary?

I'm the first person in my family to be diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease (Lymphoma) though my uncle had Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. My doctor has told me though, that my sister is at very high risk for Hodgkin's since I had it (I'm new to remission)

From everything I've read, they're not sure what causes Hodgkin's, though people with close relatives that have had it seem to be at higher risk. Luckily, it is one of the most treatable/curable forms of cancer.
