What are the first symptoms of Hodgkin's disease? Swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, coughing, tirednesss, unexplained weight loss... there are several others. I've heard swollen lymph nodes are the most common first sign, but then again it could mean anything. 100th Best Answer! BTW: the only reason a 14 year old like me knows this is because my bro's lymph node has been swollen, and I researched Hodgkin's as a possibility... let's hope it's just an infection!
