How serious is a Hodgkin's diseases at it last stage ????

i mean is hodgkins a serious cancer i feel its easy

All Cancer is serious, that said, here are treatments for advanced stage hodgkins disease:

Advanced stage Hodgkin's disease refers to clinical stage (CS) III and IV disease:

CS III refers to involvement of lymph nodes or lymphoid structures on both sides of the diaphragm. This stage is usually diagnosed by abdominal and pelvic CT scanning or, rarely now, bipedal lymphangiography. Although FDG-PET scanning has not yet been officially incorporated into standard staging, it is a very useful test in identifying areas of Hodgkin's disease and evaluating response to therapy.
The prognosis of CS III varies with the absence (A) or presence (B) of the otherwise unexplained systemic symptoms of fever, night sweats, and weight loss exceeding 10 percent of body weight in the preceding six months. CS IIIA constitutes a category of intermediate malignancy between the more indolent CS IA and IIA and the more aggressive CS IIIB and IV.

CS IV refers to diffuse or disseminated involvement of one or more extranodal organs or tissue, beyond that designated E, with or without lymph node disease. The predominant extranodal organs affected in CS IV are the liver, lung, and bone marrow.
Chemotherapy has become curative for many patients with advanced stages of HD. Prior to the mid-1960s, HD presenting in advanced stage was treated with single agent chemotherapy, resulting in median survivals of approximately one year and less than 5 percent overall survival at five years [1]. In 1964, investigators at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) developed a four-drug combination chemotherapy program, MOPP (nitrogen mustard [mechlorethamine], vincristine, procarbazine, and prednisone) which established the curability of over 50 percent of patients with stage III-IV disease [2].

By last stage do you mean Stage IV, when it has spread to major organs or bones. It is usually fatal by that stage. A co-worker's 20 year old daughter died recently of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

All cancer is serious.

I have Hodgkins stage IIIB, and I would certainly not consider that's it's particularly "easy". I'm in chemotheraphy treatment for it, and while I understand that it's not the most difficult type of cancer to deal with, it is certainly nothing I would wish on anyone else. It's a pretty terrible and scary thing to deal with. I think it's wise to be careful about labeling diseases as "easy" or "hard", since it really depends so much on the person.

That said, Hodgkin's has an excellent survival rate, even for stage IV patients. If you look here: http://www.lymphomainfo.net/hodgkins/dia...

You can see that even at stage IV, there is a 80 - 85% survival rate, which is pretty good.
