Need Hives Help?!?!?

well i have had 2 hives outbreaks in the last 2 days and before each one i have had something with eggs

my question is there enough egg in cakes and cookies to cause a hives outbreak

also is it possible for the flu to cause hives because i have had teh flu during the outbreaks and once i get over the flu if the outbreaks will stop

also and ways to help relive the itching of hives, i have used creams, benadryl, claritin, and oatmeal baths but the relief doesnt last very long

help plz, thanks

also i get teh outbreaks about the same time each day

only i am finally getting rid of the outbreak that started about this time yesterday

I use to get those too. I believe it had to do with stress, I couldn't link it to anything else at the time. When things in my life got better the hives went away. How much benadryl are you taking? Maybe increase the dose?

Hives are like puffy Very itchy rash and are caused by nerves, heat sweaty or a deficiency in vitamins, Allergic reaction can be on or both symptoms rash or hives.
Try going on clear fluids for a day or so and see if you can isolate your reaction to eggs.
1% Hydrocortizone cream works best for me

- Avoid allergen triggering food which may include eggs, strawberries, berries, peanuts, nuts, chocolates, cheese, tomatoes, soy products, shellfish and many more.
-Drink cilantro juice whatever may be the cause of rash. Wash fresh cilantro, chop it into pieces, put it into blender, add 1/3 cup of water, and blend. Drink the juice and apply the pulp to the affected area.
