..,Hives...? |
I went to the doctor this morning because we thought I was allergic to my medication. Well, tehy put me on something else, saying it probably was my medication...Now I have hives again! What can I do to get rid of them???!!!??? IT's spreading like craziie! What do I Do? Stop taking your meds and take Benedryl right away. benadryl and zantac may help some. Hopefully your dr gave you some prednisone to help too. DC(discontinue) the medication and call you doctor as soon as possible. If he or she is unable to help you you may want to contact an allergist.(good luck)If you have Benadryl(diphenhydramine) at home you can take that as well. Stop the meds first! let it run its course, and be calm, nerves will make it worse hives tend to fade away after 2 weeks. |
