OMG Hives!!! errr... help?

hi, I've had hives twice in three days now, and I have no clue what could be causing it. I havn't eaten anything repeatedly to cause it, but I have a feeling it might be something to do with certain sauces. Two days ago when I first got it I think it was from buffalo egg roles, and this time I think it might have had something to do with the spaghetti sauce I had tonight.

Could anyone give me a good answer on what repetitive hives could mean? Thanks to anyone who can help.
(And no, I'm not allergic to meat)

You are going to have to play food detective to figure out if you are allergic to something. Unfortunately, the two sauces you describe can be made with many different ingredients so you will have to find out what they had in common. If you ate at a restaurant, that may be very difficult if not impossible. So until they clear up, eat simple foods that you know the ingredients of and keep a food and drink diary to help you figure it out. If they keep occurring, you will need to go to an allergist to try some different medicines to control them. Benadryl is about the best to keep the itching under control once you have a hive.

STRESS.

It could be an allergy but is more likely from stress.

Try to relax.

Did you take any new pain killers? I get hives from Aleve. It took me a few times to figure it out...
Good luck, I hope you find out what is causing it.

have you changed anything like soap or laundry detergent lately my son is allergic to tide and some generic brands of stuff
