Can histoplasmosis cause lymph nodes to "crystallize" in the lung?

And what exactly does "Crystallization" of a lymph node mean?

Thanks

It causes lymph nodes to "calcify" not "crystallize".... Basically what this means is that the lymph nodes that fought the histoplasmosis infection become filled with calcium and will look almost as bright as a bone on an x-ray or CT scan.

This happens very frequently and does not have any negative prognosis associated with it
