How long does it take to cure histoplasmosis?

Also, how long does it take for symptoms (especially malaise) to improve after starting medication?

I heard it's 2 years, I think. Sorry, I wish I knew more personally.

I had a friend who had it in Ohio, treatment for him was around one year. I don't know about the symptoms getting better, though.

Two years.

I don't know for sure but I think it's around 1 yr or more.
