Does fresh bird poo contain disease?

Or does it have to sit and dry and grow a fungus for it to contain Cryptococcosis and Histoplasmosis?

Fresh bird poo CAN contain disease so you should always treat it as if it did. Meaning don't touch it or get so close that you're breathing near it.

I think that any animal/human waste has lots of germs and bad bacteria contained in it
whether its "fresh" or not.
