I know nothing about indian institutions however Hips are my specialty

Cementless hips last longer. You want a cementless hip with porous coating and distal fluting for initial fixation. (Stryker Secure Fit Plus Max for example)

The implants very from country to country. But you want a ceramic head if possible on a highly crosslinked polyethlene liner. (Stryker X-3 in the USA)

Do not push for minimal invasive. The studies have shown no benefit and there is an increased risk of implant malposition requiring revision (redo). See source.

Rehab takes about 2 weeks for the rough stuff. Most people are back to work in 6 weeks. For 12 weeks after surgery you have to be careful what position you put your leg in. For the rest of your life you are restricted in activity. No running, no jumping, and no heavy lifting.
