Does anyone know what to expect if you have had a hip fusion and dr. recommends hip replacement? |
when i was 12 i was diagnosed with a rare form of arthritis,in my hip. i had arthritis loke an 80 year old woman.they fused my hip . know im 36 years old and they say i need a hip replacement, because the hip fusion has affected my back and knees because everything is offset My brother had the same thing. You will be better off with the replacement. You will have some discomfort and pain for a while. You might go through some physical therapy. You will recover just fine. Good Luck |
