Modified Work out for hip injury.? |
I have multiple stress fractures in both my hips and it makes many workouts very difficult. Especially thigh workouts. I am very flexible with my hips and can do about a half hour on a treadmill before they hurt. But I can only do about 5 squats before they do. The injury happened about 4 years ago, but didn't really heal right. My doctor is encouraging me to build up my hip muscles, which I have. But I still get pain very easily with other workouts that work the joint a lot. I do yoga. What you really need to do is lay off the workouts for awhile - continuing to exercise is going to prevent the fractures from healing and/or make them worse. My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website |
