How do you heal a hip flexor injury? |
my hip has been killling me for the past three days....it stops the next morning after workouts but then it starts again when i work out again..i have practice everyday so i can't really afford to sit out...im pretty sure its my hip flexor ..anyway to rap it or anything? It would be impossible to figure out what the problem is without a medical examination. If you have an ATC (certified athletic trainer) at your school, you should ask him/her. They can wrap it, but the chances of that fixing it are small. You should get an examination by an orthopedic surgeon who can run tests and give you a proper diagnosis and treatment options. Delaying this will only delay your healing. |
