Is my hip hurting cause of crossing my legs all the time? |
My hip hurt right in the joint and I find myself limping . I cant sit for a long period of time either. I sit for long periods of time with my legs crossed would this be the cause of my pain? I never had any hip injury or pain before. I also tend to sleep on that side of my body when I sleep. Just wondering if this may play a part. Im 34 yrs old and in good shape and no where near overweight. 5 ft 1 female Maybe you sit for long hours,or the chair you sit on is too hard.I don't think so that you have hip problem, try lying in a hot water bath and drink something cold for about 1 hour every second day,it could relax your muscle and create proper flow of your blood. no your hip is probably hurting because of your mattress or maybe something els you should get it checked out Does arthritis run in your family? I have it in my hip and I am 40. You could just have some inflammation in it. If you smoke that can cause inflammation to that part of your body. Try some medicine like ibuprofen to help ease your pain. |
