Sure you could...depending on which state you live, however, you may need a physician's order to see a physical therapist...

You need to access the injury first. For this I would recomend an orthapadeic physician. They may recommend surgery or excercise depending on the extent of the injury.

If this may be something that excercise can help, some orthopedic physicians can also give you a list of excercises to try.

i think so, ive never had a hip flexor injury but my physio told me i had to stretch them out more because thats what caused another injury of mine. so they seem to know about them.
