How do I treat a hip pointer or general injury with the hip? |
I recently just feel alot of discomfort in the right hip. I don't know if it is from standing up all day at work or an old injury from my basketball days STRECH OR DO EXERCISES, RUN, JUMP, AND BEAT HOMOS ON THE STREET. IT REALLY HELPS. I've had a hip pointer before, and it sounds more painful than yours, but you might just have a more suddle case. Don't ice it, its usually responds well to a whirlpool if you have access, anything warm. Other than that, avoid contact obviously, and take it easy, its one of those things only time can heal. |
