Ankle injury- pain from hip to knee to ankle..?

due to a fall four weeks ago. No swelling. Any advice to help or ease it?

The pain is due to shock absorption from walking and stepping. The force is travelling from your foot, through the injury, and up until it dissepates.

You need to see a physical therapist pretty soon. No swelling means that the body has not begun the healing process and 4 weeks is a long time to let an injury linger- espeically at a point in the body where the most force is placed.

Please go see a physical therapist asap!!

get it looked at, i had something simliar with my knee to ankle and i waited to long and damaged a nerve.
