Horrible lower back/hip/butt pain...HELP!? |
so, I'm a soccer who plays at least 5 times a week. I first injured my left ankle when I slide tackled someone. I was favoring that left ankle which injured my right knee. When my knee was ok I went back to practice. I was running & my back felt a little irritated, then I took a hard shot with my right foot & my lower back/hip/butt hurt REALLY bad. I can't find 1 point where it hurts just that area! I went to a doctor & he gave me these pills to take for 5 days. After the 5 days I took it easy coming back. I went to a practice & I was fine, but the next practice I started shooting again & it doesn't hurt as much, but I feel like if I keep playing as hard as I do it's going to come right back. I'm going to a chiropractor & my dad (who's a h.s. football coach & knows about injuries) says i just have to stretch. I feel like that isn't enough. PLEASE HELP!!! DO HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS COULD BE????? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I have a spine injury so I am on the web a lot for medical information. Here are the links to ones I think will help you |
