My right leg around my hip and higher get tingly at work? Any idea of what it may be?

So at work during the day my right leg around my hip area and leg get tingly for about 10 seconds at a time, usually happens about 10 times a day. I dont have any major back injuries or anything near that area, I did have a deep muscle injury in hs around that area about 8 years ago, but nothing else...any idea of what it could be?

Sounds like a pinched nerve!
