i tried hip hop abs and it is pretty good
you won't see immediate results, but in the long run, it does slim your body and regulates ur diet somehow.... in one month, i lost 6 lbs and now i eat less whenever i do hip hop abs. i didn't follow the 6 day slim down plan cuz it was like... eat nothing for a week, then u get results....

The first few times u do it, ur back WILL hurt a lot, but the muscle pain goes away in a week or so. just make sure you don't go over your limit (follow tania if u need to lol), and increase the intensity as you get used to it

and ya, it is an interesting work out.... and don't do it right after you eat... you might throw up.....

omg. it sucks. workout videos suck in general.

those hip hop guys spend hours each day working out with real weights. that's why they have the abs they have.

i suspect hip hop abs will make someone a lot of money.

just like all the others.
