Is this a misaligned hip - why is my lower body all crooked like this? |
can someone tell me what's going on? I carry most of my weight in my legs. anyway a few days ago I can't walk straight feels like my upper right thigh (the part that is connecting into the pelvis/hip) is sore. there is no pain the thigh itself, just the part of the thigh that connects into the rest of my body - I can't lift my right leg straight off the floor or circulate it....also when I walk I feel knots inside my back is crooked on the LEFT side - like cramps inside the back. I can feel my back twisting in one direction, the opposite of the way i'm trying to walk! for some reason the knots in my back tire me out after trying to walk. can someone explain what is going on? and I know - go to the Dr. - I don't have health insurance, I just graduated college.....I didn't have an injury or anything. my best advice is to go see a chiropractor, it does sound like you have a misaligned hip or pelvis...sometimes just bending, twisting or lifting the wrong way can knock your pelvis/hip out of alignment, i've done it a few times...I know you dont have health insurance, but a good chiropractor will help with that by giving you different payment options/plans...call around to a few, some offer free initial consultations to new patients as well...good luck and i hope you get the care you need. may be a sciatica problem.... look 'sciatica' up on the net, and see if it matches your symptoms. Iliopsoas muscle strain (spasm). |
