Injury!! What types of activities should I do? |
I have a hip injury and can't do any physical activity that puts pressure on it like jogging, soccer (that's how I injured it), etc. I can bike ride, swim, etc. I live in a very small town in Germany. The nearest gym with anything appropriate is too far away and incredibly expensive. That's why I'm asking for activities I can do at home. Yoga and Thai-chi, low impact and great cardio and balance, here are a couple to keep you going till it gets warm. Good Luck Join a gym and bike, swim or walk on a treadmill. maybe a gym? ball exercises would fit you. and there's stretching. you could try doing less strenuous exercises just so you could get the fats out. and eat sensibly. goodluck!=) |
