How long should it take to heal my hip? |
I've been in physical therapy for the past month for a hip over-rotation problem where sometimes the joint slips out of place. Today was the first time my joint had slipped out in two weeks and up until this point, I didn't have pain walking and doing normal activities. How long does this type of injury usually take to heal? How long until I can start running again? My physical therapist has been very vague about these issues. Thanks! They probably cannot give you a certain time. Depends on your age, other general health, etc. im sorry to hear that bt sweety i really dnt no about that well any where from 6months to 1 year idk a long time |
