I NEED HELP-I need mental help, I need a hip replacement, & I need weightless help-BUT I鈥檓 told I鈥檓 too young!

ALL I WANT IN LIFE IS TO BE ABLE TO GET A JOB & BE A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY BUT ALL MY PROBLEMS HAVE ME UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING!

I am a leach on everyone鈥?

If there is a program that I can qualify for (Federal, State, or Private) I would be able to pay back however much it costs once I am healthy & can do more then sit at home and cry!

I need a new hip鈥?br> I need therapy for my mental disorders鈥?br> I need help losing weight鈥?br>
I have been told by many people in 鈥淥fficial鈥?capacities that I can鈥檛 get aid because:
1. I have not worked enough in my life.
2. I am too young. (I am 26 years old)
3. I am white. (Apparently, white people in Illinois shouldn鈥檛 NEED assistance)

I have been told that because I had my first surgeries when I was 10 I have no way to really PROVE that I was disabled before the age of 22 so I would be fighting Social Security for YEARS and need to spend thousands of dollars on lawyers to get help from SSDisability鈥?/div>

First of all, please don't harm yourself; I'm sure your family and friends would be devastated.

It can be such a helpless and frustrating feeling to be in a state that we cannot function the way we would like, and that is made worse when agencies refuse to lend the needed help. My daughter has gone through those frustrations off and on for years, she'd become very depressed about it.

Ask your doctor for an antidepressant medication to help bring your brain chemicals back up to a normal level. Maybe he or she can recommend a counselor in your area that can help you for free or very low cost. If not, see if you can find one in your area yourself, through the phone book or other resources.

It also may be helpful for you to contact an attorney who specializes in disability. You may be able to find one who will help you with a free consultation and a little advice about what you can do. Most government places will discourage you from trying to seek help, so you need outside advice.

Good luck!
