How do I put my hips back in socket, w/o seeing a Chiro?

I have a genetic disorder where my hips will come out of socket. It can happen while I'm asleep, or while picking up one of my kids. How do I get them to go fully back in without going to a chiropracter? they will go partially back in but then I get numbness running down the back of my legs. I cannot afford a Chiro, and would rather take care of it myself. Please help me.

Stand facing a wall, put the palms of your hands at shoulder level against the wall and rock gently from side to side, with your weight gently against your hands.

When they slip back, lie flat on your back for 5 mins.

Lift one leg up no more that 30 deg, lower then lift the other.

Works for me.

Chiro's don't cost that much, to be honest. That would be the best bet, someone can't tell you how to do it.

There is no quick fix for this. My daughter has the same problem and she has to get hers fixed once she turns 21 years of age. When hers go out, she just basically has to lay there until they are relaxed enough that she can get them back in. It is very painful for her and I am sure it is for you too. If you can't afford to see a doctor/chiropractor then I suggest you try to get some medical assistance because this is nothing to fool around with. I looked up this question to see if there was anything you could do without seeking medical help but there was nothing reccommended. Good luck and God bless.
