How can I lose bellyfat and thigh fat?


Last year, I had a binge eating disorder, so I put on a lot of weight and fat particularly around the waist and hip area.. I eat healthily now, but I still have all of that fat from last year... And I don't have time for exercise; I am too busy and have a lot of schoolwork to do all of the time.

I stopped eating junk food as I always did and eat a balanced diet with lots of vegetables.. That's what I see as eating healthily.

Ah, good choice. Never said how long you've been doing this, however.

Try doing some little things for exercise. Walk home from school, fidget [you can actually burn off 3-5 pounds a year just from fidgeting], take the stairs, when you're sitting in a chair, even!

For sitting in a chair exercises: You know how when you're bored in class, you slouch and lean back in your chair with your butt like, on the edge of your seat? Turn bad posture into a form of crunches! Balance yourself on your butt using your legs as leverage, and your body being now lifted off the seat ever-so-slightly [discrection never hurt anyone] just sit there like that for a couple of minutes [also, don't forget to breathe...your face will turn beet red from not doing so, and you'll look very strange doing that in the middle of class]. Also, you can just sit normal and squeeze your stomach muscles.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm sorry to tell you, but you'll never see big results. Not if you're trying to lose weight only by dieting. It's been proven, and I would know for a fact, that you're not going to lose big numbers by dieting alone. What you're really going to need is some cardio and some weight training.

And what you've really got to remember that your body isn't forgiving. You eat that ONE cupcake [you know, that one that you eat because the last time you ate one was four months ago, and you've been good lately, and you deserve it...], and it's all losses for you. Your body doesn't care that you've havn't eaten one in four months.

Last note: You're rewarded by what you do. Meaning that if you don't make time with all of your school work, your body will show that.

jogging or jump rope, martial arts, aerobics, anything cardiovascular that gets your heart pumping

well try to make time at least a minimum of 30 minutes a day 3x a week

if ur 2 busy 2 exercise, you don't have time to lose the fat.

10 minutes a day of good fast walking will whittle it down.

You can't spot treat fat loss. It sucks, I know. You will need to lose fat in general to get rid of it.

If you were taking phis- ed at school...... ??? or at home crunches along with walking and a healthy diet.

well sorry to be so blunt but you really do have to work out. even if its 10 mins aday.run in your room while your reading. you have to get the blood pumping. how far is your school maybe you can walk home everyday that will help alot and then you can eat snacks to because you`ll be work off the pounds each day good luck to you and i hope this helps:)

If you are serious about losing fats in the areas you mentioned,
1. Stop procrastinating, get up and do some exercise.
2. Take a one hour break from school work everyday and spend this time stretching, jump rope, or walking.
3. Do Taebo or Pilate
4. Cut down on high-calorie meals and eat lots of fruits.
OR
Have a doctor perform a cosmetic surgical procedure called "liposuction"

Just want to tell you that "diets" don't work. They are just a quick fix.
Try going to a weight watcher meeting. I have been on the program a while, and it really works. They teach you how to eat, and what to eat!
Just go to www.weightwatchers.com & find a meeting in your area.
