Do i have an ...eating disorder?

I worry ALOT about my weight
I always Check my calories
i weight myself more than 5 times a day
i throw up whenever i feel like i ate too much
I skip meals to make up my binging
I get mad at my body
I feel fat all the time
People tell me I'm too skinny
I can see my rib bones and hip bones sometimes..and i like it :(

I'm too scared to admit that i have one
and i can't tell ANYONE about this..it will ruin my life
what do i do?

I'm 15, 106 pounds

i only got to the third line before I would say you had a problem, reading on only confirms it

You are sick, and you will get sicker. Most of the people in your life probably suspect but are in denial themselves. You have to tell someone and get help. MOre people die from eating disorders than any other mental illness

i dont think you have an eating disorder,im sorry for saying this but i think you have to seek a psychological help...And a piece of advice, accept yourself for who and for what you are, accepting does not mean stop changing for the better.

How tall are you? I am a woman too and we all want to feel beautiful. Please remember something: you are growing up. A woman is like a flower, the beauty is greater when the flower is in its full bloom. Right now you need to eat healthy, and have fun exercising! There are many cool things that you can do to have fun and get strong and healthy, like jazz dance lessons, ballet dancing, aerobics, jogging. You are so young and teenage years go by fast. Enjoy these years and do not harm yourself with bad thoughts and bad habits.

You have problems. Many tweens and teens go through this. Do not be embarrassed to tell someone like your mom or school counselor. Keep in mind you are still young and not physically matured yet, so naturally, you feel awkward about your appearance. Stop throwing up! That is gross. Get help and talk to somebody before people start talking about you. If people say you are too skinny... they probably think you are anorexic or bulimic. Prove them wrong and be healthy.
Another thing to think is that most guys do not like overly skinny girls. They look sickly. Guys like healthy girls - both physically and mentally.

You have a eating disorder and need to get help. We live in this world that is all about being thin instead of focusing on where we are are in life or who we are.

Good Luck!

Just don't trow up after meals, workout instead. and it's ok to have some calories, they're what give you energy, and listen to people when they tell you your too skinny.and keep in mind what the one girl above my answer said " guys don't like girls to be too skinny"-- I'm a guy i know.

Look up the effects of this disease in an encyclopedia... You will snap outof it once you read what could happen to you after too long of this.

Yes, those are all signs of an eating disorder. You must realize that it's just as unhealthy (and, frankly, unattractive) to be too thin as it is to be too heavy -- and at age 15 your body is still growing, so if you do not eat plenty of good, healthy foods, you may set the groundwork to be ill or prone to sickness your entire life!

There is help -- confidential help that no one but you needs to know about. Visit www.anad.org -- they are dedicated to helping you and others who may have a problem. They even have a free hotline so you can call and get the advice of a real expert, and nobody else needs to know about it.

You've done the first, and often hardest, step in recognizing that there might be a problem. Now, continue to help yourself -- call ANAD, completely free and confidential. They can help you.

Good luck and take care of yourself!

yes you have a problem

I was like you when i was 12-- i didnt want to weight anything over 100 lbs!! but now im wayy over that! i used to all that but u know what ended up happening>? my metebolism slowed down-- so that means when i started to eat normally i put back on the weight and then more-- i also used to binge eat -- eat anything i wanted then throw up-- that stuff will make your throat sore and rot your teeth because of the acid that you bring up when throwing up-- You do have an eating disorder-- try to eat but eat healthy things if you dont want to gain-- and guess what because of what i did -- I ended up with stretch marks!! eww! that happend because i lost weight then when i regained it streched my skin!! you are still young and 105 is good for 15 but how tall are you?? ..if you watch what you eat now u should be fine and be more active=--goodluck
