does anyone know what to do for this please?

much lovexx<3

Your bloated stomach is a symptom of the starvation you are subjecting your body to. ............ How about by starting off drinking some freshly squeezed fruit and vegie juices?? This way your ravaged digestive system and digestive tract will only have a little bit of work to do and your body will absorb the nutrients it soooo desperately needs to be healthy and vital with greater ease.

Drink more water as well and try to cut right back onany diet sodas or caffeine containing drinks you may be consuming as these will only dehydrate you (thus making your body sluggish) and rob you of precious essential vitamins and minerals your body does have.

***edit***
Oh, take a good quality multi B complex vitamin to compensate for the extra stress your body is experiencing ...... the B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy neural (brain function), digestion and immune system functioning and will definitely hellp you cope better.

GOOD LUCK

u need help.
ur getting into a healthy weight. be glad that ur getting healthy and not dying.

it s probably not bloat, its probably the fact you may start to be looking healthy again, if you have had this disorder for some time your mind Will be distorted into thinking the slightest weight gain is hideous. it snot and please be assured that with time you will realise this and try to reassure your self that you will get better and use those words as an affirmation if you wish. women's bodies are supposed to be curvy and beautiful.

xx

yes its all in your head you actually will look better gaining some weight ...being well underweight is just as unattractive as being well overweight no offense intended to anyone of course
