My husband thinks that I have an eating disorder and am too thin.?

My husband thinks that I am getting too thin. I am currently 5'4" and 104.8 pounds. I only eat about twice a day due to work. He says that when I get in and out of the shower/bath he can count all of my vertebrae, and when I lay down my hip bones stick out. I don't think that I am underweight at all. Please, what do y'all think?

A lot of people see something different from reality when they look in the mirror. Anorexics always see fat, even when there is nothing but skin and bone on a dying body. Your BMI is 17.8 which is way thin. And by the way, what kind of scale do you have that weights to the .8 of a pound? Personnally, I think you are fixated on your weight, not a good thing. Listen to the people around you that you trust. Try to put on some muscle mass, you'll feel a lot better, won't have fat, and will be able to resist diseases much easier.

you need help and go eat a big mac!!!!!

Who are you loosing weight for? Is it not to please your husband?

If he doesn't like it. You are in luck. You can stop loosing weight. Unlike the rest of the woman who weight 200 pounds and their husbands disgusted of their fat.

Your BMI (body mass index) is in the "underweight category". But that doesn't mean that you are "too thin". Some people are naturally thin, and as long as you are eating and getting the proper nutrients in your diet, you should be fine.

The vertebrae thing isn't good ...
But when I lay down I can see my hip bones, and I'm thin, but I'm certainly not underweight. (I'm 14, 5'9'', 125lbs)

It all depends on your build ... if you're consuming lots of calories, and not barfing afterwards, than I guess this is just the weight that is right for your body ...
